It was real, it happened exactly as I will tell you and is absolutely the truth. I was in a very bad car accident. I was fully conscience the whole time. Extremely lucid, had no head injuries but did suffer a from three crushed vertebre in my lumbar spine. It happened at night and I was lying on a country road waiting for help to arrive. The person driving the car hadto go to a farm house to call am ambulance. As I was lying there waiting for help to arrive, I realized how fortunate I was to be alive. I looked up and just said spontaneously, without much aforethought, "Thank you God, for saving my life." At that time in my life, I was not particularly religious, nor did I attend church. After I spoke those words, a brilliant sparkling ball of light, silver and multi-faceted appeared and hovered over me about 20 feet above me for around 10 seconds and then disappeared. I was speechless, shocked, overwhelmed and absolutely cognizant at what I had just seen, felt and experienenced. I saw and witnessed something for which I still cannot fully explain nor understand. However, it was real, it really happened and it was "supernatural." Had it occurred at any other time, I might have thought it strange but happening immediately after I spoke those words has made me realize that I experienced something so extrodinary, that I can only come to one conclusion: something happened that I SAW with my own eyes that convinced me that somehow we are not alone. I did not see a "God." I saw a ball of silver sparkling energy and brilliant light hover over me and to this day I know it was extrodinary, inexplicable and came from somewhere. If it was God, then God is in a form of light and energy. I don't know I don't know why I saw it, but it had something to do with me saying those words.
