Who is right, Ron Paul or TSA??

On 1/23/2012, the elder Paul (Ron Paul, the presidential candidate) called the TSA a "police state" Monday after Rand Paul was reportedly detained by TSA after he refused to take a pat-down from TSA officials at the Nashville International Airport.

We support the TSA. We can not allow TSA employee to use their "judgement" and decide whom to pat-down and whom to spare. They must follow the procedure with everyone to ensure air travel safety.
