| Statement on the Launch of the Bio Genesis Mission, NIH’s component of the national Genesis Mission |

| Earlier today, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) announced additional partnerships in the Genesis Mission, a national effort to harness artificial intelligence and advanced computing to accelerate American science and secure U.S. leadership in the technologies that will define the coming decade. I am proud to announce the NIH-led contribution to that effort, the Bio Genesis Mission. This major initiative will build a future-ready, intelligent biomedical research ecosystem through technology, policy, and partnership innovation and acceleration.
