| Dentistry involves substantial physical, psychological, and organizational demands. Increasing administrative tasks and structural changes in dental health care may exacerbate imbalances between professional effort and rewards. According to the Effort-Reward Imbalance (ERI) model, such imbalances are linked to adverse mental health outcomes.
