July 7, 2025 (ATLANTA, GA) – The Association for Dental Safety (ADS), formerly OSAP, proudly announces its 2025 - 2026 ADS Association Board of Directors, led by new Chair Julie Lynch, MS, BSN, RN.

“We're thrilled to have Julie step in as Chair,” said Executive Director Michelle Lee, CPC. “Her deep experience in clinical settings and association leadership will be invaluable as we continue to grow ADS’s reach and impact.”

Julie Lynch currently serves as Director of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC) Institute for Quality Improvement, with over two decades in nursing, oral health, and quality management. She specializes in safety initiatives that support both patients and staff.

Kelli C. Mack, DDS, Vice-Chair, is a retired US Air Force Colonel and licensed dentist in California and Texas with 29 years of experience leading dental infection prevention and control programs across military, public, and private sectors. Nationally recognized for her expertise, Dr. Mack continues to consult on dental infection control and patient safety.

Treasurer Joyce Moore, BSDH, RDH, CRCST, CDIPC, DISIPC, is a respected infection prevention consultant and speaker, with experience as both clinician and educator. She has collaborated with organizations such as CDC, 3M, and Midmark, and is the 2019 ADS Emerging Infection Control Leader award winner.

Secretary Zecki Dossal, MBA, is Senior Director at Henry Schein, where he drives commercial growth and recurring revenue strategy. He brings extensive experience in market expansion, business development, and social impact initiatives.

Newly elected directors include:
  • Liliana Donatelli, BS, MBA, MPH, CDIPC, a Brazilian biosafety specialist known for developing award-winning educational resources and advancing international best practices in dental infection control.
  • Richard Herman, DDS, a leader in public health and clinical practice, with past roles in the ADA and Bronx County Dental Society.
  • Erinne Kennedy, DMD, MPH, MMSc, Assistant Dean for Curriculum and Integrated Learning at Kansas City University College of Dental Medicine, recognized for her expertise in dental education and public health.
  • Michele Lash, RDH, BA, CDIPC, Clinical Research Manager with Dentsply Sirona, noted for leadership in infection prevention and clinical training.
  • Olivia Wann, JD, compliance consultant and attorney, specializing in dental regulatory matters, OSHA, and HIPAA.

Other directors include Immediate Past Chair Ramneek Rai, DDS; Matthew R. Ellis, MPH, CIC, CDIPC, REHS/RS; Kimberly Grensavitch, MJ, BA, RDH; Janie Shen; and Raleigh Wright, DDS.
