Why Present with ADS?

Make an impact on safer oral healthcare.

ADS educational programs bring together dental professionals, infection preventionists, educators, consultants, industry partners, and other professionals committed to improving dental safety. Presenting with ADS is an opportunity to:

  • Share practical knowledge and innovative approaches
  • Reach professionals across the oral healthcare community
  • Contribute to high-quality continuing education
  • Connect with colleagues who share your commitment to dental safety
  • Build your visibility as a subject-matter expert

Which Opportunity Is Right for You?

Choose the Annual Conference if…

Your topic benefits from an in-person learning environment, deeper discussion, interactive activities, case studies, or is a topic that moves beyond introductory concepts and instead provides:

  • Advanced application of standards, guidelines, and evidence
  • Practical implementation strategies
  • Emerging research and scientific developments
  • Complex case studies and problem solving
  • Lessons learned from real-world implementation
  • New tools, data, or innovative approaches

Choose a Webinar if…

Your topic works well as a focused virtual presentation and addresses a timely issue, best practice, practical challenge, or educational need.

Have a topic that could work for both?

You're welcome to submit to both opportunities. Conference and webinar proposals require separate applications and are reviewed independently.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for proposals that are:

  • Relevant to dental infection prevention, occupational safety, and/or patient safety
  • Evidence-based and aligned with current standards, guidance, and best practices
  • Practical and applicable to real-world oral healthcare settings
  • Educational rather than promotional
  • Designed with clear learning outcomes
  • Engaging for professionals with varying levels of experience

New to Presenting with ADS?

New voices are welcome.

You don't need to be a previous ADS presenter to submit a proposal. We encourage submissions from experienced speakers and professionals with valuable expertise, experience, research, or practical approaches to share.
